• Are Berkeley 夏天的计划 open to the public?

• What are the dates for Berkeley 夏天的计划?

  June 3-July 26 (there are no camps July 1-July 5). All camps are on a first-come, 先到先得，视乎名额及年龄要求而定. 虽然许多夏令营在6月3日开始，但其他夏令营在夏季晚些时候开始.

• How do I register for a camp or class?

• What are camp hours?

• Is early care or aftercare available?

  We offer $70/week early care (8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.) and $85/week aftercare (until 5:30 p.m.; online registration required for both early care and aftercare; limited capacity) supervised by full-time Berkeley staff.  Please note: Aftercare ends at 5:30 p.m.  在下午5点半之后，将自动收取25美元的滞纳金.m. • What is the process for the first day of camp?

• Refund Policy: Effective January 1, 2024

  No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2024.

  Non-Academic 夏天的计划 Refund Policy
  对于“未到校”的儿童，将不予退款.e. 没有参加他/她注册的夏令营，其父母/监护人没有在夏令营开始前通知暑期项目办公室取消夏令营). 如果儿童在夏令营开始后停止参加夏令营，将不获退款. 如果孩子因纪律处分而被开除，退款将不予发放. 
  
  只有在夏令营开始前，夏令营办公室收到适当的通知(书面通知)，才会发出退款. Please email summerprograms@berkeleyprep.至少在夏令营的第一天24小时前通知我们您孩子的暑期计划的变化.

  暑期学分学术课程退款政策

• What about attendance policy?

• What about inclement weather?

  如果即将来临的飓风或热带风暴将关闭我们的校园， refunds or make-up days will not be issued. In the event of inclement weather, camps will remain in session; however, outdoor camps will be moved indoors.

• What is the dress code?

• Does 夏天的计划 provide lunch?

• What if my child must take a medication?  What about immunization forms?
